The Apple Watch Series 10 redefines what it means to have a smartwatch on your wrist. With a thinner design than ever and the largest display in the lineup, it combines style, health functions and connectivity to accompany us in our daily lives.
In this review, we share our usage impressions and opinions from those who tested it to help you decide if this model is right for you.
Design and construction — Style and comfort for all-day wear
From the first moment we had it on our wrist, we felt that the Series 10 is a light and comfortable watch thanks to its thickness of just 9.7 mm. We were surprised by how well-executed the finish is, especially in polished titanium, which looks better in person than in photos.

While it’s true that it’s 10% lighter in aluminum and 20% in titanium, the weight difference isn’t very noticeable when worn on the wrist, especially if used with a strap that adds its own weight. The reduced thickness is noticeable to the touch and makes the watch feel more elegant than previous generations.
Pros
Ultra-thin and lightweight design
Recycled and sophisticated finishes
Comfort for daily use
Cons
The large size could be bulky on very thin wrists
Weight difference that, although minimal, may influence choice

Display and visibility — Clarity and readability that make a difference
The LTPO3 Retina OLED always-on display is one of the features we appreciated most. Thanks to its brightness of up to 2,000 nits and wide viewing angle, reading notifications and apps was easy even outdoors.

We loved being able to see the always-active second hand on some of the new watch faces, which gives it more of a traditional watch feel. While previous models already had great display quality, this new panel seemed even more comfortable for checking information at a glance.
Pros
Excellent outdoor visibility
Edge-to-edge display with precise touch response
Wide and fluid viewing angle
Cons
Doesn’t represent a drastic change from previous models for all users
Health and wellness — A companion for your daily life
During daily use, the health functions were one of the points we valued most. The ECG app allowed us to generate electrocardiograms easily and the Vital Signs app provided clear data on heart rate, respiratory rate and blood oxygen. The sleep apnea notification seemed like an important addition, although we know it’s also available on some previous models.

The temperature sensor and Cycle Tracking app were useful for menstrual health monitoring. While it doesn’t replace professional medical consultation, the information is very complete and easy to access from the wrist.
Pros
Wide variety of health metrics
Proactive notifications that help monitor wellness
Encrypted data for greater privacy
Cons
Some functions, like ECG, may not be available in all regions
Does not substitute professional medical supervision

Training and activity — Versatility and constant motivation
For workouts like yoga, HIIT and cycling, the watch offers comprehensive metrics. In aquatic activities, it incorporates new functions like the water temperature sensor and depth gauge up to 6 meters, although we couldn’t test these features in depth.

The water temperature sensor and depth gauge were especially useful for aquatic activities. The Training Load function helped us understand the impact of each session on the body. However, we recognize that while it’s a great sports watch, for those who already had the Series 9, the differences aren’t significant enough to justify an immediate change.
Pros
Wide range of workouts and advanced metrics
Depth and water temperature sensor for aquatic sports
Real-time information to optimize performance
Cons
Water resistance may decrease over time
Not suitable for deep diving or high-speed water sports
Battery and connectivity — Autonomy to keep up with your pace
In our tests, the battery gave us between a day and a half of use with Always On Display activated, although when receiving several notifications and using the watch to measure physical activity frequently, it was usual to have to charge it every night.
Fast charging seemed faster than the previous generation, although in our measurements it didn’t always reach the 80% in 30 minutes that Apple promises, but around 63% in half an hour and 85% in 40 minutes. Even so, it seemed like an advance over the Series 9. In connectivity, LTE and Precision Finding were very useful for staying connected and locating our iPhone in case of loss.
Pros
Fast charging that speeds up usage
Complete connectivity (LTE, Bluetooth, GPS)
Precision Finding to locate iPhone
Cons
The 20W USB-C charger is necessary for fast charging
Battery life that in intensive use doesn’t exceed a full day without recharging
Conclusion
After testing the Apple Watch Series 10, we agree that it’s a very complete and balanced watch, providing refined design, a larger display and some useful health functions. For those who have a recent model like the Series 9, perhaps the differences aren’t significant enough to justify the change.
However, if you value an improved display, a thinner design and the inclusion of advanced health metrics, the Series 10 is a great choice that will undoubtedly accompany you in every step of your routine.
